Handled statutory audits of listed and private entities across manufacturing, sugar, cement, pharma, energy, and banking sectors, City Gas Distribution. Has been part of transaction advisory teams for cap-table structuring, fundraising, tax due diligence, and buy-side/sell-side M&A deals.
Sangeeta Maheshwari
25+ years of experience in statutory audit, bank audits, direct taxation, and GST advisory. Has an extensive track record in statutory branch audits of leading public sector banks. Having assisted and advised clients across sugar, real estate, city gas distribution, manufacturing, and wholesale trade sector.
